Open the XBert app for the first time and you’ll be sent to the myob log in screen and prompted to integrate your myob account. When using XBert, any alerts you receive must be fixed within myob. Once the underlying issue is fixed, the XBert will show as resolved after the next data sync, and then you can file that XBert away. XBert only reads your myob data and can’t make any changes, i.e. the syncing is one-way. We only store the data needed to provide you with the relevant XBert notifications, and this data is stored in an encrypted database.
